Bassett Healthcare Network, a rural academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking experienced full-time physician assistant’s or nurse practitioner’s to provide patient care to our expanding hospital Emergency Department and Convenient Care/Urgent Care Network. 

Primary responsibilities would include providing care at three emergency departments and three urgent/convenient care clinics. Candidates must possess national certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.  Previous experience in Emergency Medicine and/or Fast Track/Urgent Care is preferred.   Basic EM skills (suturing/splinting, etc.) required.  Individual must be motivated to seek challenges, work well with others in a fast-paced teaching environment, and be comfortable working with varying degrees of oversight.
