Bassett Healthcare Network, a rural academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a full-time a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist’s to join an outstanding comprehensive cancer program to practice at Bassett Medical Center and in the Bassett Healthcare Network regional sites. 

Bassett Regional Cancer Program is a multidisciplinary initiative with 50 years of continuous accreditation by the American College of Surgeons as an approved Cancer Center and 30 years of participation in NCI sponsored clinical trials.

The ideal candidate will require a strong clinical background, interest in teaching and participating in NCI-sponsored clinical research activities. The existing collegial group of 7 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners are seeking two more physician colleagues to join the practice.  Physicians share equal call at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown.
