Qualifications:
UHS Medical Group, with 180+ physicians providing care in over 20 medical and surgical specialties in multiple locations, is a progressive multi-specialty group with a large primary care base. The group is affiliated with United Health Services Hospitals, the regional leader in healthcare. The group is currently seeking residency trained Internal Medicine physicians at the following locations: 800 Hooper Road, Endwell, NY, 4417 Vestal Parkway, Vestal, NY, and at offices in Norwich, NY. NY State licensed or license eligible. They are outpatient general medicine practices with some HIV patients. Our physicians teach and mentor medical students, as well as our residents. There is a wide variety of patients, well-equipped exam rooms, electronic (NextGen) medical records, and a competent, friendly support staff. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical and interpersonal skills and be a team player. We are a community-owned, not-for-profit organization operating two hospitals in Binghamton (500 beds): UHS Wilson Medical Center and UHS Binghamton General Hospital. Both are teaching hospitals with Family Practice and Internal Medicine residents. Binghamton also has a clinical campus for medical students with Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, NY.
